BUILDING ASSOCIATION TRUCK NIGHT: The Pasco Building Association will hold its first Truck Night at 5:30 p.m. Nov. 14 at the Spartan Manor, 6121 Massachusetts Ave., New Port Richey.
Truck Night will feature a reverse raffle where participants can win a 2007 Toyota Tundra or $20,000. Whoever holds the last ticket drawn in the raffle will be the winner.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Big Brothers & Big Sisters.
Tickets are $100.

ECONOMIC GROWTH: Mary Jane Stanley of the Pasco Economic Development Council will be the featured speaker at the Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce's November breakfast. The breakfast begins at 8 a.m. Tuesday at Lexington Oaks Golf Club, 26133 Lexington Oaks Blvd.
The breakfast is free to all chamber members, $10 for nonmembers and businesses wanting to send a second person.
Stanley will discuss Wesley Chapel's growth and the new businesses coming in the next few years.

EMERGENCY ROOM ALTERNATIVE: CoRemedy Urgent Care opened Oct. 15 at 14030 U.S. 19 in Hudson as an emergency room alternative for nonlife-threatening illnesses. The facility is open seven days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
EXPLORING FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITIES: Howard Bassuk, a Service Corps of Retired Executives counselor, will discuss franchising at a free seminar Saturday.
The free program will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the New Port Richey Library, 5939 Main St.
